Characterizing properties of liquids
The characterization of materials refers to the general process by which a material’s properties are probed and measured. It is a fundamental process in science, without which no scientific understanding of materials could be ascertained. Properties such as the density, the refractive index and many others can be determined by using the highly precise Schmidt + Haensch measuring instruments.
